Delete your Josook account

In the app or on the website
Log in, open Settings, tap Delete account, and confirm.
Or by email
Email info@josook.com from your registered email or mention your phone number, with the subject "Delete account". We delete it within 7 days.
What gets deleted
Your account data, all your ads and photos, your CV and your points. All of it is erased within 30 days.
What we may keep
Minimal records needed to prevent fraud or required by law, for up to 90 days.
